I had a fun fun fun Christmas this year. Like always, on Christmas day, my uncles, aunties, cousins, come together at grandma's house to eat and celebrate. Since my family was too lazy to cook a feast this year, we went out to eat.
After eating, the little kids went to Mounties to play at the arcade! I had so much fun car racing with my cousins. I really suck at driving. I can't even win at video games. Out of us four cousins, I came 4th. What a great ranking! I really wanted to come anything but last because I was the oldest out of the bunch. I grasped onto the steering wheel like it was the vine on a cliff that was the only thing that could support me from falling 10ft down and still didn't win. What a pity.
I played DDR once. Once was enough for me to make a fool of myself. I literally went crazy; my hands flapped all over the place and my uncontrollably loud mouth made the weirest, heading turning noises.
I didn't waste much money at the arcade, which was a good thing because wasting money at arcades is very silly. The prizes at Mountie's arcade looked like they were from the worst bargain shops. Cheap, plasticky crap.
Anyway, I hope you guys had a great Christmas too. It's not always the presents that are great on Christmas, Christmas spirit is much more wonderful.

Flu + Rashes = Miserable Time
Hello world. I've been sick since Friday the 11th. That's right. Sore throat, runny noise, flem, loss of appetite. A metaphor that would best describe my past few days of doing little activities would be 'pig'. I've stayed up till 1am for the past 3 days, reading The Da Vinci Code - Dan Brown, would usually only wake up from the most peculiar dreams at about 11:30am to do absolutely nothing onwards but find junk in the fridge to feel my never hungry stomach. Wow, that's a mega long sentence. The Da Vinci Code is so very good.
To be honest, I've never felt worst this year than the last few days which I experienced some kind of incurable flu. Well, it felt incurable to me because it lasted more than 2 weeks even with many cups of disgusting liquid medicine, Cold and Flu tablets and Codral.
I think what I hate most about being sick is the unhealthy, uncomfortable feeling that I get. Taking medicine would definitely come second though. That, I say without hesitation. When it comes to taking medicine, I'm not crazily fussy, but neither am I willing to take it if my parents don't demand I take it. I like to keep quiet so they'll forget to remind me, but that was pretty hard this time round because I was continuously coughing my heart out from between my lungs. Anyway, let me describe how disgusting the liquid medicine I had to take called Robitussin, was. It tasted like liquid metal flavoured dirty water. That's right. Horrible, horrible stuff that stung my taste buds. I could still taste the medicine after a whole 250ml cup of water mouthwash. Starburst lollipops helped with getting rid of the bitter taste in my case.
To make matters worse, I've been getting my annual spring/summer allergies whilst my incurable flu was still at its hopeless stages. I've been to doctors earlier this year, to find out what I'm allergic to. Dr. Bullock said, "The tests show that you're allergic to Cockroach droppings, dustmites and weeds."
Assuming that dustmites was the cause of my ring-worm like rashes, I had a massive house clean-up with the help of my daddy and sister this morning. Together we cleaned every spec of dust visible to the naked human eye. (This doesn't count me because I was wearing glasses, ahaha) Hopefully, it was the dustmites. I like to think that my family isn't that disgusting to let cockroaches breed inside our house and poop all over our floors. Gross. I don't think we have weed plants or weed sprouting through the cracks of our tiled floor either...
I've been taking Claratyne tablets, but they seem to take a very long time to start reacting to my rashes.
So I guess this sums up about everything I've experienced since holidays started. Spectacular, I would say if I still had my cheery, sarcastic mood, but I'm too worn out to be sarcastic anymore. I'd say my holidays are sucking because being sick ruins every single damn thing. I guess you can call me pessimistic in the mean time. Teehee.

$8 Letters
Yesterday I went Christmas shopping with my mummy and sister at Liverpool Westfield. It took us a gazillion years to drive into the parking lot of the shopping centre and another gazillion years to find a parking spot. Personally, I hate it when I sit in a stationary car. I start doing things such as, look at my shoes, look at people through their tinted car windows, bang my head on the back of the front seat or pull tissues out of the tissue box. I seriously mean I hate stationary cars when I say I hate stationary cars. That was why I took pictures of the sky to keep myself busy whilst waiting in the car.
Anyway, back to the point. Before going to Liverpool Westifield, we visited a relative at Sefton who kept giving us chilled Vitamin water. She gave us so much to drink that I had to run to the Ladies bathroom before I could get an shopping done.
After going to the toilet, my mum, sister and I went looking for a kettle for my Auntie, since she seems to have a fancy of the kettle at our house. Whenever she comes to our house, she would stroke our kettle and boil water with it. Since we were quite bad with directions at Liverpool Westfield, it took us a while to get to Myer. It was devastating to find out that our kettle was an old model and is not made by Breville anymore. We did see the newer model but it was skinny and ugly.
We decided to get my auntie a vase instead. Sadly, we couldn't find a nice one of the size we wanted. I did see something I wanted though. Letters! I'm an updated viewer of Communitychannel and I love how she has those letters in the background of her videos.

One letter was $8. What a rip off! I'm just going to be crafty and make my own cardboard letters... Save myself $8 to buy something more useful... But, I really want those letters. Damn it.
So yeah, we ended up buying nothing. Which means, we'll have to go shopping again in a few days. Great.

Commerce Party
I've got to say Mr. Lynch is a very nice teacher. He always compliments our Commerce class. A true gentlemen...yes. I think I'm going to miss Commerce alot. Stuff Digital Media next year. You'll never be the same as my Commerce baby!
Today, Mr. Lynch threw a party in Commerce for us. Mr. Lynch gave us the choice of three different cakes. Cheeeeese Cake (Mango and Passionfruit) , something Rich Forest Cake and Blueberry Tea Cake... I can't remember, ahaha. He also gave us 7 packets of Natural Confectionery lollies. Dr. Thomson Ngo was busily helping himself to them. I was doing the same thing, next to him. Mr. Lynch personally told me he wouldn't like it if I took photos of him because he doesn't like photos. I could not accept such a reason so I sneakily took a photo of him anyway. I would like to look back at photos in 10 years time and remember who taught me Commerce. I'm sure that's okay with you Mr. Lynch?
Thank you Mr. Lynch, for the party. I appreciated it very much. The Cheese cake made me feel a little sick though. It was so rich with cheese.

Scary Make Over
My sister had Games Day at her Primary School today. My sister and her friends did Haunted House. They called their haunted house 'House of Horrors'. Yes, totally spooky... For my sister's sake, I had to wake up at 6 am to an annoying 'Jai Ho' alarm to do my sister's make-up. I bet I looked scarier than my sister even with her pale foundation and dark eyeshadow. I looked dead from lack of sleep.
I think I'm pretty good with makeup. My sister looked pretty scary to me. Anyway, according to my sister, her Haunted House raised $200. Impressive. I'm sure it was because of my excellent makeup. Ahehehe. I also heard that House of Horrors made a Year 1 boy cry. AHHA. That boy probably had tracey'smakeupissoawesome-phobia or maybe, maybe he was scared of the darkness in the Haunted House?
The Year 6 kids raised $4000 in just 3 hours. I'd say that's quite amazing. Why do little kids get so much money?!
